A few tips to follow… to make your stay as pleasant as possible:

  • Arrival/Check-in from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Departure / Check-out from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  • Rooms are cleaned from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

It is recommended that anyone wishing to stay at the hotel book in advance and obtain the agreement of the hotelier. When booking, a 50 % deposit and a bank guarantee will be required.

The hotel contract is deemed concluded upon agreement between the parties.

Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel is required to make known their identity and those of the people accompanying them.

The housing benefit may be payable upon taking possession of the premises. For long-term rentals, bills must be paid weekly.

On your arrival, unless agreed by the management, you cannot demand to occupy the room before 3 p.m. Nightly rental ends the next day at 11:00 a.m., regardless of your arrival time.

Conditions of cancellation or modification of stay

In the event of cancellation, the costs payable by the customer are as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival : No fees will be charged , it can happen!
  • Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay
  • Cancellation between 15 days and 72 hours before arrival : 50% of the total stay
  • Cancellation at least 72 hours before your arrival, the day of your arrival or “no show” or shortened stay : 100% of the total stay.

No refund or compensation will be made in the event of:

  • Of service ordered not consumed
  • Early departure from the hotel for minor reasons or personal convenience.

The reservation contract may be terminated automatically by the hotelier without this giving rise to the payment of damages, in the event of an event constituting force majeure or in the event of the impossibility of operating the hotel in accordance with commonly accepted hotel standards for a cause not attributable to the hotelier, in particular in the event of late opening or non-opening (natural disaster, closed road), as well as in the event of cessation of payment by the customer.

You will keep your room keys during your stay, the reception has no night service, if you forget, let us know, we will find the best solution.

Reception is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

For the payment of your stay, please take into account these opening hours. When you leave, you must return your room key to reception. You are prohibited from taking any object belonging to the hotel; otherwise it will be invoiced to you by remote payment.

You may not bring into the room third parties not known to the hotelier, except with the latter’s authorization. Similarly, you cannot rent a room for a number of people greater than that provided for by the regulations in force.

Noise, even during the day, is prohibited. People causing disorder in any form whatsoever may be fired. In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment and of our neighbours, all noise must cease between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

You will have to use the rented thing as a good mother or father. Any degradation, breakage, loss of object will be invoiced.

It is forbidden to store food and drinks in the rooms and to picnic on the property , except for exceptions, food for babies for example.

Any complaint about the quality of the services provided must be presented to the hotelier. Following tangible remarks, the necessary will be done within 24 hours.

The number of vehicle spaces is limited and not reservable.

The hotel is not responsible for vehicles or their contents.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the hotel rooms . Otherwise, an additional charge of €300 will be payable. Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged €350 for the cost of restoring the fire safety system to service.

By application of article 2102 of the Civil Code, you cannot oppose the detention of your luggage in the event of refusal of payment.

We ask you not to use the bath towels outside the room. Pool towels are available at reception subject to a bank guarantee.

Minors wishing to go to the swimming pool must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

Forgotten items may be returned to you at your expense.

Animals are not accepted in our establishment.

Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in the immediate termination of the contract.
